Signal 88 Security is a fast growing company and is seeking an experienced Business Development/ Sales Manager that has a proven track record of exceptional sales and profitable business development with the security guard and security patrol industry. We were recently named to the 2013 Entrepreneur magazine's Franchise 500 list with over 120 nationwide locations. Job Expectations: As a Signal 88 Security Business Development Manager your primary responsibility will be to identify and obtain new sources of business. Other responsibilities include: Cold-calling businesses in person, from major corporations to small businesses Networking with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the appropriate solutions Negotiating sales contracts Nurturing current accounts Attend networking events Prerequisites: The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Development/ Sales Manager in the security guard and security patrol industry with established networking relationships. - 5+ years of relevant experience in a business development. - A college degree (Bachelors) is preferred although equivalent experience will be considered. - Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history, clean driving record, and pass an extensive background screening. - Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and handheld devices like a BlackBerry, Android, iPhone. Compensation: Salary plus commission
